Update framework #27

cc @AlessandroTarabini Create pull request with the latest modifications on independent branches. In principle this should affect only the two skimmers, the rest should be in sync.

Closing, as now framework should be at the most updated status. See: https://github.com/bonanomi/FiducialXSFWK/pull/28 and https://github.com/bonanomi/FiducialXSFWK/pull/29. We will further update when we decide strategy on ZZ background (see: https://github.com/bonanomi/FiducialXSFWK/issues/23)
