Support apple silicon #68

After days spent trying to get tflite working on an M1 chip I gave up and bought an old intel mac just to move forward.

It would be greatly appreciated if tflite-rs could work with minimal setup on apple silicon. Or at the least some basic instructions.

I'm happy to sponsor this development if that would help.

@tpatterson Sorry, I'm a bit tied up at the moment. But I'll definitely think about it when things calm down.
