Prevent Altmetrics block from appearing if no results #23

What does this Pull Request do?

Query Altmetrics API callback to see if a result exists. If no result, does not continue creating a block for the badge.

Additional Notes:

I'm not sure whether this is the best approach, but it works. Any alternative methods worth investigating?
