Sorry for the late reply. You could check https://www.pecanstreet.org/dataport/ to find more details about the Pecan Street dataset. Hope this helps.

I have tried this way for getting the pecan street dataset.

Maybe this dataset has been modified by the owners. I want to know that whether the figure above like yours. Thanks for your help.

There was an option to download data from the interactive dashboard. I guess they upgraded their system to remove this function.

Maybe they have upgraded their system to remove this function.
About three months ago, My team member has registered this system, download data from the link, not from the interactive dashboard such as SQL access. Can you share the dataset which you download for this code depot? I appreciate it if it could be arranged.

I have tried to merge this nnsc and ddsc algorithm into our algorithms, and currently just on the AMPdsR1.

The result is as follow, maybe there is some errors in the read_data and format_data function usage.

Sorry that since I already graduated and all the data are on my lab computer, I couldn't access it right now. I guess you may contact Pecan Street for some help.
