video going black

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.seemingly at random (think it might be the ad's?)
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
videos stop playing audio continues. have to end task and restart the video 
making it play the ad again every time it happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BlizzTV 0.17.4003.23790   Windows 7

i can never exit out of full screen via esc. also the bottom control bar goes 
black so i cant get out of full screen mode.

For the first report, can it be related about minimizing the video player? Also 
which stream & video providers does the issue exists with?
