Not working Windows 7 64bits

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. click the icon on desktop

The program just crash, he shows the screen then crash... all the time. Tried 
executing as administrator and many differents versions of windows ( compatible 
mode ).

Have the same issue.  Windows 7 64Bit.  Just crashes once the program is 
launched
