I'm not sure if you'd want this level of detail in the README and wouldn't prefer to put it elsewhere so definitely feel free to reject this PR, if so.
I also don't know if you want to link to your other repo. like this just for the sake of example (so I can definitely remove that part, if so) but (as someone who learns best via concrete examples over general, abstract (however accurate) instruction or overview) I find having real implementations to look at a lot easier in trying to grasp/wrap-my-head around how something works.
