"A governance dashboard distinct from internal-facing content moderation could address both server leadership and federated diplomacy tasks. This could be a place where mods interact with remote server teams, easing appeals and cross-server discussions, where server leaders can easily create straw polls and other communications to seek input from their members, and where information-sharing alliances such as the coalitional “neighborhoods” or “caracoles” discussed in 3.2 Easing institutions into the Fediverse are formalized via the ActivityPub protocol."
