The bullshit samaritan was hosted in sandbox.bonfire.link but we had to nuke that server while testing playbooks in #8.

Let's:

[ ] Create a bs_samaritan Ansible role that pulls the code and runs it.
[ ] Deploy the service and configure tv.bonfire.link (where the samaritan UI is) to point to the right URL.
