Design a probe to confirm record deletion #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In the path "Manage People/ people management" 
2.Under "search for person" tab select an individual and click " Delete"
3.

What is the expected output? 

A dialogue box should appear probing the user to confirm the deletion of the 
record.  
What do you see instead?

The record is deleted without any probe 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
