Flag duplicate trainings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Follow the path "Manage Training/ Courses'
2.Under the tab "Schedule Course"
3.Schedule a course by filling in all the necessary data and clicking submit. 

What is the expected output? 

The system should display, if any, a list of all individuals who have attended 
the same course in the past.
What do you see instead?

No provision has been made to root out double trainings

This Ticket has been Changed. The requirement is meant to deal with checking 
the course people have attended before.

The new requirement will flow as follows

1) The user creates the scheduled course
2) User enrolls people into a course in bulk
3) Then user goes to the Scheduled  courses with enrolled people
4) User clicks on the scheduled course and the list of people is listed below.
5) When the name of the user is selected, the new window to the right should 
list All the courses the user has attended and their evaluation Weather 
competent or not
6) Based on information in 6, the User should be deregistered from the course
7) Only one person should be selected at a time.
