Reduce number of intefaces required to add an individual - remove table of trainees #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Under "Manage people" select "People Management"
2.Click the "New Person" tab
3.

What is the expected output? 
Remove the table of trainees from this interface
What do you see instead?
Table of trainees is taking up too much space

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Table cannot be removed because it is needed for editing the user. Instead what 
has been implemented is a feature to hide the table by default. If Editing is 
needed, the show table button should be clicked and table will appear for 
editing. The table in view can be hidden by clicking the hide table button.
