Reduce number of intefaces required to add an individual- incoporate feature to add id in new person tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Under "manage people" select "people management"
2.Click the "New Person" tab 
3.

What is the expected output? 
1. The feature to add an individual's id number should be incorporated into the 
above "New person" interface. 
2. The feature to add an individuals contact details should be incorporated 
into the "New Person" interface 
3. The feature to set an individual's position should be incorporated into "New 
person" Interface

What do you see instead?
To record an individual's information requires the data capturer to :

1. enter an individual's demographic data under the "new person" interface
2. navigate to the "Search for a person" interface and search for the individual
3. Once the individual has been found click "show details" where the system 
transfers you to the View data interface.
3 from the view data interface one has then to navigate through the various 
tabs (Id, contact, position ...) to record one individuals data

Bottom line, there are too many interfaces to navigate through to record an 
individual's information. Reducing the number of interfaces to navigate through 
will greatly reduce the time it takes to populate the system with data
