Change " Date Started " Field name to "Date of Birth" #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Under "Manage People" select "People Management"
2.Click the "New Person Tab"
3.

What is the expected output? 
There are two fields titled "Date started" 
The first "Date started" should read "Date of Birth

What do you see instead?

There are two fields for "Date started" 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
