Display job codes and job discription #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Under "Manage People" select "People Management
2.Click the "New Person" tab
3.

What is the expected output?
The new person form only displays position codes without the position 
description. Both the position code and position description should be displayed

 What do you see instead?

The new person form only displays position codes without the position 
description.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Description and Code cannot be displayed in the drop down list. The Best 
Suggestion is to attach code and description together. For Example "002-Nursing 
Officer" as the code a position
