Wrong New Person form being displayed #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Manage People
2.People Management
3. click the "Search Person" 
4. Select an individual and click 'show details"
5. Under the "Demographics" tab click "Update this Information" link

 What do you see instead?

The system throws a wrong form to edit demographic detail
