Re: ticket 95: updating geographic information throws wrong form #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Manage People/People management click the "Search For Person" tab
2.Select an individual from the list of people and click "Show Details"
3.Under the tab "Demographics" click "update this information"

What is the expected output? 
The system is supposed to show you a form similiar to the one you get when 
adding new person

What do you see instead?
You get the old obsolete form for updating demographic information 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This ticket has already been updated, the requested feature is found under the 
"New Person" tab of the manage people section of the system
