Add an individual's position, facility and course attended to the new enroll participant feature #144

Path:
   Manage Training/ Courses,  
   click on the "Enroll Participants" tab/ 
   select a course you want and then click "enroll individual participant"
What you see:
    The system brings up a drop-down list with the names and surnames of all
    in the system.
Enhancements required:
In addition to the names and surnames on the drop down list, each individual's:
    position
    facility
    and courses attended should be displayed.
The should also be an option to edit the above mentioned information.

The enhancement has been made and all changes to positions for now will have to 
be made through this feature. The old update position feature should not be 
used for now because it needs to be updated so it deals with freeing back a 
position that has been released from the person who it was assigned to.

The Only editable feature is the position.

Attached is a screen shot of the new Feature.
