What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log into Tics
2.Go to Generate reports
3.Click people reports, select the relevant fields on the large panel and click
Get report.
What is the expected output?
The system generates a report according to the specified boundaries
What do you see instead?
Report generation can only be conducted by a administrator, because of this a
lot of provincial staff members have been given administrative powers. This is
a recipe for disaster. Give managers report generation privileges so that the
provincial staff members can be downgraded to managers
