Password Change feature not working #161

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. login into tics/ change password/ change password/ Reset credentials/
2.select relevant user/ click Reset password
3.

What is the expected output?

System is supposed to give you an option to change the user's password
 What do you see instead?
Resets the default password

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
