What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Home Page/Tics Dashboard/
2.Facilities map tab
3.

What is the expected output? 
All the facilities are supposed to appear in their allocated locations as per 
coordinates entered
What do you see instead?
Each time one health facility keeps relocating into the ocean
