Handle "pre-release" versions in the "comment-pr-with-url-links" action

In the "comment-pr-with-url-links" action, we handle the "latest" case. We also have to handle the "pre-release" case ('next' alias). See https://github.com/bonitasoft/bonita-documentation-site/pull/520#issue-1598947271
