feat(poc): experiment Antora "site manifest" #567

DISCLAIMER: This is a POC, so it is not intended to be merge

Experiment the "site manifest as extension" https://gitlab.com/opendevise/oss/antora-site-generator-ms/-/tree/as-extension It is now superseds by Antora Atlas (which is its successor and is currently in version 1.0.0.alpha-1)

The comments in the antora playbook explains how to use the extension locally. The setup is not very friendly until the manifest is pushed in production. The generated file is very large, so it may required to be gzip (unarchive is supported by Antora Atlas)
