Make the GH_TOKEN optional in the "build-and-publish-pr-preview" action #593

IMPORTANT: this could be done in all actions provided in this repository

It only requires to update the action.yml file and set the defaults value as we did in https://github.com/bonitasoft/actions/blob/f98be9b0a5bd96ea6f61ae0fc9360d810df7cba5/packages/pr-title-conventional-commits/action.yml#L4-L8 It can be easily test in the documentation-site repository and in the

Closing as "not planned", this action is going to be removed in #760. Other internal actions don't require to pass the GH_TOKEN.
