ci: add a worfklow to run antora contrib checks on test content

Run the workflow to validate directly in this repository the reusable worklow doing the antora contribution checks. The test content is a good candidate to validate any changes done on the underlying action provided by bonitasoft/actions.

This PR was initially created to validate the fix of #722 (Filter deleted file during Antora contrib check). It was using the development branch of the PR that handles the fix in the bonitasoft/actions repository
