Deleting mid points in ignore regions breaks the draggability of some of them. #360

Annotator message:

"That if we delete one point( which is some middle number point) then only points below that are possible to move but the points number higher than that will not move? for eg. points = 1,2,3,4,5... if I deleted 3 then I cannot move points 4,5 but points 1 and 2 can be moved."

Lets also add that when no ignore region is selected the points have the UID on them instead of the label.
