Swap track_id between objects of the same type #401

Create a button to be able to swap the keypoints table between two objects of the same type, frame, video scene and dataset

Two modalities:

I should be able to use the same code as is used to swap the track ids of the ignore regions

We need to swap for the whole sequence as well.
