Log to file
- by default, log to bot.$username.log
- set filename or disable in options
sentry logic
SteamInfo trigger to check steamrep
options in multiple lines with descriptions
new functions
- setGames[array] will set the currently played games to [array] of gameids
- setPrimaryGame(gameid) will set gameid to the currently playing game, then set all the rest after a short delay.

not entirely sure that adding steam-trade to requirements worked correctly. Steam-trade should probably be moved into a trigger or into the config.

Thanks, I'm looking into steam-trade for something else I'm working on so I might try to get that done before merging this in so I can understand the changes better and move some stuff it a trigger if possible. I'm mainly worried about the way it's included - I want to keep it possible to npm install this and I'm not sure if it still can be with the new package.json. I might end up having an "npm" for and a "trade" fork but we'll see.

I can't really keep up with these commits, I've got my bot running pretty much how I like it so a few other projects are stealing away all my time. I might just update the readme to point to your fork for updates if that's ok?
