Import tags as a playlist. 

User's tags can be done easily.

Global tags are not so easy, don't know if it's possible (unless it's
really really slow).

Other way around - global tags are easier because you can get them on an album,
artist, or album artist bases. To get personal tags you need to go on a
track-by-track basis.
