Auto-correct close matches #8

Artists or tracks that are close but not exact matches should be fixed
automatically. There is already an algorithm and javascript code to find
out the "closeness" of 2 strings - Levinson something distance?

This can also be used as an auto-tagger if it can be set to fix all
instances of a corrected artist.
