Notice: Undefined index when using date_v2 #87

when adding a date_v2 field and not adding any arguments I got this:

Notice: Undefined index: show in /Users/bonny/Documents/Localhost/EarthPeople/neverever/app/wp/wp-content/plugins/simple-fields/field_types/field_date_v2.php on line 231

should just default to default ones.
