Currently clicking on floaty window maximizes the window and click + drag moves it. Scrolling is broken in pdfs and some websites.
Adding some drag handle like a title bar would allow for clicks & scrolls to be sent to the web page normally. This would allow full webpage navigation in floaty window mode.
