I am in the initial steps of adding the deeplabcut package to bonsai. I have followed the installation directions on the readme, however I do not know how to connect the deeplabcut packages to bonsai.
Currently, I have downloaded the Bonsai.DeepLabCut and Bonsai.DeepLabCut.Design to the packages folder of my bonsai folder on my computer (in addition to completing the installation instructions). Then, I opened the bonsai interface, went to 'manage packages', and navigated to settings. I then added a 'package source' by adding a pathway to the packages folder in bonsai (containing the deeplabcut packages).
However, upon returning to the 'Manage Packages' page, and changing the package source to my path with the deeplabcut folder, no items were found.
Am I missing a step to adding these packages? And why is the bonsai interface not registering the addition of these packages?
