Update krona visualization to take into account RDP confidence scores #54

RDP assign confidence scores at each level of the taxonomic hierarchy. For the moment this information is lost during the transformation to KRONA representation.

An import script has been written by KRONA team. Sadly, we have to make this script aware of abundances data to be able to use it.

Modifying the addByLineage can be a good starting point. This method can receive an optional parameter $magnitude that can fit our needs
