The 16 bacterial species simulated dataset is missing from the conda package

As mentioned in the #65 issue, the example dataset is not part of the conda package.

Update the conda recipe to include the following file: https://github.com/bonsai-team/matam/blob/master/examples/16sp_simulated_dataset/16sp.art_HS25_pe_100bp_50x.fq
