delete duplicate posters #609

Downloading posters have been implemented from scratch in MediaTracker 1.0 and issue #586 is not present in this version. This migration will delete duplicate posters downloaded by the previous version of MediaTracker.

In the public instance there are 69007 (82%) duplicate posters out of 84350
