Toggle between colorful icons and normal glyphs #143

Now that MS has added some updated colored icons for Explorer, it might be nice to add some of those to the Start menu.

I've decided that I won't be doing this for Fluent-Metro. I may come back and do something similar in the future, however, possibly with an entirely different version of the skin.
