Cannot be used with ESBuild #107

ESBuild does not run on node and thus doesn't use fs.

The issue is similar to #61

Instead of over-engineering locale requires why not have a list of all of them?

This is what the casual-browserify fork was meant to handle, although due to life I've been mostly unable to keep it up-to-date.
