TODO:

[x] Review menu titles to free some space for more switch buttons
[x] Add switch menu to display new cases instead of curves
[x] Plot it as histograms
[x] handle negative new cases on "currently sick"
[x] handle hover histograms (+ fix clearTooltip being called too much)
[x] Limit number of parallel countries possible in histogram series ? or force small multiples in new cases mode ?
