Update source for France data #53

Since they stopped updating data for the old dashboard (cf https://github.com/etalab/covid19-dashboard#ancien-tableau-de-bord-de-suivi-de-l%C3%A9pid%C3%A9mie-de-covid-19 & https://github.com/opencovid19-fr/data/issues/578 ) use data from new dashboard widgets here instead https://data.widgets.dashboard.covid19.data.gouv.fr/
