Mongoose weapons not tracking who is the driver. #2

It's still apparent that the weapons of the Mog isn't tracking things. Especially who killed them. The player driving the Mog doesn't reward a frag for killing another player, be it from the weapons or by stomping. I attempted to change the pointers to the driver but it ended up in projectiles hitting the mech as they spawn, damaging said mech and potentially the driver.

ok, this is mostly fixed as of Pull Request #9. but not complete as it still doesn't credit the driver the kill, despite the obit tracks who killed
