Grahphic glitch on effect overlay. #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run MAME4droid 1.3.5
2.Go to Option->Setting before playing
3.Set 'Effect overlay' to Scanline 1 HIGH and check 'Touch controller visible' 
and 'Full screen' on PORTRAIT DISPLAY SETTING
4.Start any vertial game on PORTRAIT MODE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Effect overlay is not applied on upper area of full screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version : MAME4droid 1.3.5
OS : Jellybean 4.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Test phone : LG Optimus G Pro
but this issue is reproducible independent of smartphone.

I will update this functionality with more overlays that a user has send me, 
and you will can add new ones.
