Make ording releases by date easier. #8

Since the files table contains the date, not the release, you can't do a simple order_by.

Might be nice also to have Distribution->releases order by date automatically.

Releases now contain a real date column which makes order_by easier but its still ugly.

Not sure how to get Dist->releases to order by automatically as its DBIC generated.
