Graphs! #27

If would be nice to show graphs, especially for the "top" boards (see #1) of CPAN activity.

Since most graphing modules are in JavaScript nowadays, that implies dumping the data as JSON.

And picking up a graphing module. Possible options:

And there are actually a lot of options to choose from...

Graphs don't have to show the same thing as the page they're. For example, a good graph to add at the top of the CPAN releases top months (all years) would be an activity graph of number of releases per month over time.
