Automatically bookmark starred GitHub repos #496

I often star repos in GH that are interesting, which is kinda like a bookmark. I think it would be handy to have Bookie suck those stars in; possibly auto-tag them like "github star" or whatever. This way I can keep all interesting things in one place.

Cool, this would fit in with Prady's work around importers. It would be another form and could be written using the GH api and supported added to the Twitter one he's working on.
