Expose cluster names in Release controller error logs #348

Now that the Release controller is connecting to multiple clusters, error messages like "InstallationTarget not found" are less helpful – we'll need error messages that say things like "InstallationTarget not found on cluster eu-west-1".

This is not relevant any more because we dropped 0.9.
