[BUG] LOCALE FILE CAUSE TEAM CHAT BUG #483

What is the bug?

Bugs: When I change and only change locale to vi (Vietnamese) in the config file. The command "/team chat" will not enable me to send message. When I change back to en (English) and use "/teama reload" it is completely back to normal

Expected Behaviour

/team chat and I will be able toggle my message to my team

How to Reproduce

Here is my setup: -Server Paper1.20 -Plugins: Vault (CMI recomplied version), LuckPerm, PAPI and Better Teams (that is all I swear)

Error message

sometime it show internal error something, but most of the time it just stop working and show no message.
