Adds player selector to teleport

Allows for the teleportation of specified players including teleporting players to their team home. 😎

Command	Usage
/teama teleport player\<player>	Teleports the player to the command issuer's location. Must be run by a player
/teama teleport player \<player> home	Teleports the player to their team home if they have one
/teama teleport player \<player> location \<x> \<y> \<z> [yaw|world] [pitch] [world]	Teleports the player to the location. If using from console the world argument is required
/teama teleport player \<player> player \<player>	Teleports the player to the specified player
