missingmessages.txt and configure help message color #625

when I put the version of the "better teams" plugin in Italian it translates it for me but half the things go into a folder called "missingmessage.txt" and everything that goes in there is not read and for this reason I cannot change the colors of the menu that appears when I type /team

Help message colours can be changed in this section of the config: https://github.com/booksaw/BetterTeams/blob/master/src/main/resources/config.yml#L172-L180
