reciving double images from mastodon when it should be reciving one #1087

the screenshots speak for themselves I uploaded one image in mastodon and on bookwyrm the post shows it twice.

I think I actually figured it out. this is how the post shows up in Metatext

so Bookwyrm is grabbing the Opengraph thumb and adding it next to the real image

I saw this again recently (https://bookwyrm.social/user/tripofmice@friend.camp/status/62688), and I noticed that the initial load had the correct images, and then a minute later they were doubled, so it must be causing this problem as it follows the chain of load tasks across the activitypub object.
